Our design services are meant to give you a cost-effective option. Just keep in mind, we’re not acting as licensed architects or engineers. Our role is to help shape the design, while licensed pros handle anything requiring certification.

Ashley Evans brings a rare blend of creativity, empathy, and logistical precision to every project she touches. Raised in a family of hands-on renovators, she learned early that homes are more than walls and finishes—they’re vessels for story, memory, and meaning.

Her professional journey began in television, where she produced award-winning content for HGTV and TBS. Behind the scenes, she mastered the art of translating vision into reality—balancing budgets, managing crews, and orchestrating transformations that resonated with millions. But it was her off-screen work—restoring her own residences, designing her family’s home in Headland—that revealed her true calling: shaping spaces that feel deeply personal and profoundly rooted.

Ashley’s design philosophy mirrors Abbie Creek’s broader mission: work with the land, honor the story, and build for the long haul. She guides clients through every phase of design with clarity and care—curating selections, refining layouts, and ensuring that every choice supports both budget discipline and narrative depth. Her work is not just beautiful—it’s buildable, intentional, and deeply aligned with the rhythms of real life.

Deposit: $500 (non-refundable; credited toward first invoice)

• CAD file access: $750

• Future changes: $100/hour
